7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any pending coins if you:

  • Abuse the referral system or offer walls
  • Provide false information
  • Are inactive for an extended period (coins may expire after 12 months of inactivity)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARNING TRICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Loss of coins due to account suspension for violations
  • Issues arising from third-party offer providers
  • Payment delays or failures beyond our control

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
